Module 1: Business Models
An overview of different types of property transaction business models relevant to the New Property market.
This course is designed to show you what business models are available within the Property In A Box environment and how to go from working in your business to working on your business.

Module 2: Supercharge Your Referral Partners
This training Module presents you with the different types of referral partners (some which you won’t expect). It unpacks where to find them, online resources, network groups to join and even email campaigns you can use to recruit them. Additionally, once you have referral partners onboard we provide you with email campaigns your referral partners can use to target their own client database to commence generating leads.

Module 3: Marketing For Impact

This training module presents the various types of marketing platforms available and unpacks the pros and cons plus likely return on investment. It also presents low cost marketing solutions you can use if you’re currently not financially ready to pay for incoming leads. It provides a roadmap to take you from low cost lead generation through to creating a marketing budget that delivers a healthy number of leads per month to create momentum in your business and, ideally, a sale per month.

Module 4: Selling New Property

This training module runs through the different approaches to selling new property. It covers the experienced wealth creator through to the newbie or what we refer to as the General Practitioner approach and the Hoover Vacuum Cleaner Approach respectively. Additionally, we present the steps leading up to and including how to present property via screen share.

Module 5: Leverage using A.I.

This training module presents some of the most exciting technology available since the internet. We present ChatGPT, assist you in setting up GPT4 in addition to the plugins you’ll need in order to use this technology to leverage your time in building your property transaction business. You will learn how to use this technology to assist in everything from creating a business plan, generating email campaigns, property reports right through to recruiting referral partners, writing blogs and creating content for your website.
